Many of you have known this special place for years as Broken Arrow Ranch, but long before that, it began with the original homesteaders, the Powell family, whose legacy helped shape this beautiful piece of land into what it is today. In 1995, Anne and Dale were given an opportunity that changed their lives when the sellers took a chance on a young couple with big dreams and not much money. They purchased the ranch and poured their hearts into building not only a business, but a life here.

This ranch became more than just property; it became home. It’s where they raised their two daughters surrounded by horses, 4-H animals, mountain adventures, and the kind of childhood only ranch life can provide. It’s where family dinners were shared after long workdays, where little girls learned to ride, and where countless memories were made beneath these mountain skies.

For over 30 years, Anne and Dale have poured into this community, serving on local boards, supporting schools and nonprofits, and giving back to the valley they love.

While the name has changed, the heart behind it remains the same. Welcome to Bristol Mountain, honoring the past while embracing a new chapter for the future. We are proud to continue sharing this place and its story with all of you.
