  • Dogs are welcome! We ask that you only bring people, horse, and pet-friendly pups however. We’re excited to offer a dedicated dog-walking area and dog park. Fee’s for pets are $50 for cabins, $25 for RV spots.

  • Yep! We have bathhouses that include toilets, sinks, and showers. Towels are provided. We also have coin-operated washer and dryers available.

    This service is seasonal. Unavailable after September 15, 2025.

  • Yes! Full hook ups are available for water, sewer, and 30 or 50 amp electric.

  • Yes, fiber optic WiFi is included with your cabin and RV spot fees.

  • RV check-in is 1:00 pm; check-out is 11:00am.

    Cabin check-in is 4:00pm; check-out is 10:00am.

  • Reservations are highly recommended as we tend to book up quickly. During the slower seasons, however, we can usually accommodate on-site reservations. Give us a call at 333-333-3333 to check on availability.

  • No, however there is a site at the Mineral County Fairgrounds in town.

  • Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 31 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.

  • Yes, 10pm - 8am and night sky restrictions. Please turn off all exterior lighting once you have retired for the night-

  • Yes! A coin operated washer and dryer is available.

  • While we are super close to Seepage Lake, all of your ATVing adventures will need to be trailer out only.
